Jonathan consults in the areas of change, self-management, and high performing cultures.  Driven by the belief that healthy workspaces make for healthy communities, he is committed to a developing workplaces conducive to people striving for the best of themselves, their organization, community, and planet.

For over 15 years, Jonathan employs creative change methodologies to access the paradoxical and complex dimensions of human experience in order propel groups forward on their tasks and work relationships. With a Master of Arts degree in Human Systems Intervention, he serves as a catalyst for organizations on matters of ‘co-owned’ culture change, developing learning organizations & human potential, collaborative process reengineering, leadership, organizational redesign & effectiveness, team building, and conflict resolution.

Jonathan serves as a Mentor for Innocité Montreal start-ups, as an “experience designer” for not-for-profits in service of mobilizing their youth and communities, and as the Manager of Organizational Development and Culture at the BDC.  He is a co-founding member of Spark the Change Montreal and has worked on teach teams educating Graduate students on Open System Theory and practices in organizational self-management.
