Erika is an Innovation Designer at The Moment, an Innovation Studio in Toronto. She is a gifted facilitator, and change consultant with almost two decades of experience working with private, not-for-profit, charitable, and public sectors. She has designed and delivered programs on everything from comedy improvisation to change leadership to service and organizational design, often working on large-scale problem and puzzle-solving in complex and adaptive organizations. Erika grounds her consulting and design approach in complexity science principles for maximum results in challenging environments.

A graduate of Concordia University, Human Systems Intervention masters' program Erika has deep expertise in group dynamics, organizational cultures, change and transformation. Her career path has included musician, teacher, coach, trainer, consultant, and now designer. Healthcare clients have been a major focus of Erika’s work for almost a decade as an associate member of the Ignite Consulting team at University Health Network, transformation coach for the Canadian Positive Deviance Project (cross-Canada) and Bordering on Zero Project (New York), and lead designer for the Hamilton Health Sciences Our Healthy Future community conversations. Her work with upstate New York hospitals will be showcased in Longwoods Healthcare Papers medical journal in late 2017. Erika uses her dynamic and artistic approach to all her work. She employs her academic background, years of field experience, and artistic roots to think and act creatively with people and business challenges.

Jennifer is a recovering corporate executive who now helps organizations Do Things Differently and work UnScripted. Jennifer works with teams and organizations to help them Solve Problems, Plan Strategically and make innovation and creativity a reality in their workplace.

Prior to starting Clean Slate, Jennifer was Vice President of both Human Resources and Marketing for a national retailer and understands the importance of both employee and customer engagement. As a graduate of both Ivey’s Executive MBA program and Second City, Jennifer operates where the business and creative worlds collide. Jennifer has worked with diverse groups including Bell, the Quebec Technology Association and NASA. She is a guest lecturer at the Ted Rogers School of Management and is a member of the the Global Speakers Federation, International Association of Facilitators, the Applied Improvisation Network, and sits on the Board of the BEICC, the Business Events Coalition of Canada. Jennifer is the Author of the upcoming book “UnScripted”.

Michelle Holliday is an author, presenter, facilitator and consultant. Her work centers around “thrivability” — a set of perspectives, intentions and practices based on a view of organizations and communities as dynamic living systems. To that end, she brings people together and helps them discover ways they can feel more alive, connect more meaningfully with each other, and serve life more powerfully and effectively through their work. She is also the author of The Age of Thrivability: Vital Perspectives and Practices for a Better World.

Michelle spent the first part of her career in brand strategy, working internationally for Coca-Cola and H.J. Heinz. The second part of her career focused on employee engagement, consulting for a range of organizations in Washington, DC. Now, she combines both disciplines as founder of Montreal-based Cambium Consulting, accompanying a community of pioneering and purpose-driven clients.

With a Master’s Degree in International Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Russian Studies, Michelle has lived in 19 cities around the world, including Moscow, London, Paris and a small town in Scotland. She now lives in Montreal with her husband and two children.

The Power of Connection - Bridging the Divide

Vikas is an entrepreneur, blogger, speaker and adjunct professor.

After spending 15 years in the start-up world, Vikas stumbled-on his own business idea (Keyhubs), while completing an MBA at Duke University. He nurtured the idea for a couple of years before quitting his job in 2009 to pursue it full-time. Keyhubs® is a software and services company specializing in the power and wisdom of human networks and crowd-sourced sentiment.

He is also founder of Neighborhood Forest – a social venture dedicated to giving free trees to schoolchildren every Earth Day. Since 2010, Neighborhood Forest has given away over 18,000 trees in 9 states, which have been planted by thousands of children and families in mostly residential, urban settings.

He is passionate about purpose-driven entrepreneurship and teaches on the subject, as an adjunct, at Minneapolis Community and Technical College.

He lives with his wife and two boys in Minneapolis.
