For attendees

• For those who need parking, there are a lot of options available. Consult the map above. Concordia University also offers paid parking. You can find more information about this here.

• Please arrive early! We’ll be ready for registration at 8AM.

• Breakfasts, snacks and lunch are provided throughout both days.

• The program has been posted in multiple locations; you can take a look at it online in advance.

• No pre-registration is required for the workshops, places will be granted on the principle of first come, first served.

• During the two days, there will be a team of videographers who will capture the main keynotes to build a promotional video for next year. By being present at the event, you agree to appear on the videos.

• Thursday, at the end of the day, we invite you to a Happy Hour where we will offer you drinks. You can take advantage of this opportunity to network and speak with our speakers. Be there!
